Urinary porphyrin
Urine porphyrins in the urine are caused by porphyria. Porphyria is a disorder of porphyrin metabolism, which is characterized by increased excretion of porphyrins and porphyrin precursors in urine and feces. Porphyria is a congenital disease, mainly caused by the lack of various enzymes related to heme synthesis, and has a family history.
