Tension headache
Tension headache, also known as muscle contraction headache, is the most common type of headache. It is generally considered to have a higher prevalence than migraine, accounting for about half of outpatient headaches. Mainly due to the neck and head and face muscles caused by continuous contraction of the head pressure, heavy feeling, some patients complained that the head has a "cuff" feeling.
