Clonic-tonic
Sacroiliac joint pain is a common clinical symptom of sacroiliac tuberculosis. Sacroiliac tuberculosis is rare in clinical practice, accounting for about 8% of systemic bone and joint tuberculosis. Early symptoms and X-ray signs are not typical, and have many similarities with other diseases of the sacroiliac joint, which are prone to misdiagnosis. As a local manifestation of systemic tuberculosis infection, sacroiliac tuberculosis has gradually been paid more and more attention in recent years.
