Dyspnea on exertion
Dyspnea on exertion: At the beginning of shortness of breath only after strenuous activities or physical work, such as shortness of breath when climbing, climbing, or brisk walking. As the degree of pulmonary congestion increases, it can gradually develop into lighter activities or physical work, or even at rest, breathing difficulties occur. Dyspnea is the earliest and most common symptom of left heart failure. It mainly includes exertional dyspnea, sitting breaths and paroxysmal dyspnea at night.
