Bitter smile

Tetanus is a neurological syndrome caused by tetanus clostridium toxin. The patient had local or systemic muscle paroxysmal or tonic spasticity. Because facial and maxillofacial and neck muscles were often involved, the teeth were tightly closed and "bitter smiling face" was characteristic.
