Diffuse keratosis

Ceramide trihexosidosis is inherited by X-linked recessive inheritance. First discovered and reported by Fabry and Anderson (1898), respectively. Its incidence is about 1 / 40,000, and the vast majority are hemizygous for men. Various races have been found, and domestic reports have been repeated many times.
