Diffuse periosteal thickening
Diffuse periosteal thickening is one of the symptoms of periosteal hyperplasia. Periosteal hyperplasia (pachydermoperiostosis) is divided into two types: primary and secondary. The primary genus is autosomal dominant. Secondary is often triggered by liver, lung and gastrointestinal diseases or malignant tumors. More common in men with this disease.
