Peritoneal mesothelioma is a tumor that originates from peritoneal mesothelial cells. The clinical manifestations are not characteristic. Common symptoms and signs are: abdominal pain, ascites, bloating, abdominal mass, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, fever, weight loss, anemia, hypoglycemia and diffuse abdominal ossification Peritoneal mesothelioma accounts for about 20% of all mesothelioma cases and can occur from 2-92 years of age, with an average age of 54 years, of which about 63% of cases are between 45-64 years of age, and children are rare.
