Enhanced secondary fibrinolytic function

The fibrinolytic system is the most important anticoagulant system in the human body. During the dissolution process, thrombin hydrolyzes fibrin and releases soluble fibrin monomers. Under the action of factor xIIIa, stable cross-linked fibrin is formed. In the later stage of disseminated intravascular coagulation, due to intravascular coagulation, the fibrinolytic system is activated, causing secondary fibrinolysis and bleeding symptoms are more obvious.
