Primary mesenteric tumor

Primary mesenteric tumors are very rare, and most of them are cystic. The ratio of cystic and solid tumors is 2: 1, and the cysticity is mostly benign. The rare exceptions are lymphangiosarcoma and malignant teratoma. It is difficult to distinguish benign from malignant tumors before surgery.
