Behcet's disease (BD) is a systemic, chronic, and vascular inflammatory disease. The main clinical manifestations are recurrent oral ulcers, genital ulcers, ophthalmitis, and skin damage. It can also affect blood vessels, the nervous system, and the digestive tract. , Joints, lungs, kidneys, epididymis and other organs, most patients have a good prognosis, and those with eyes, central nerves and large blood vessels have a poor prognosis. Occurs in young men. The disease is classified into vascular, neurological, and gastrointestinal types, depending on the systemic damage of the internal organs. Vascular type refers to those with large and medium arterial and venous involvement; neural type refers to those with central or peripheral nerve involvement; gastrointestinal type refers to gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, perforation, etc.
