Femoral triangle tenderness
Femoral vein thrombophlebitis is acute, with high fever and general discomfort first. Within a few hours, swelling and pain appear on one side of the abdomen and thigh. From the lower abdomen, buttocks to the entire affected limb, there is obvious tenderness in the inner thigh triangle of the thigh.
