Facial Hemangiofibroma

It is common between the ages of 3 and 10 years, and sometimes even later. It becomes more widespread during puberty and remains unchanged thereafter. It is usually a tough, scattered yellow vasodilating papule, with a diameter of 1-10 mm, extending from the nasolabial sulcus to the subbuccal neck, occasionally seen in the ears. The number is large and obvious. In rare cases, a large Cauliflower-like lump. In most patients, the damage is limited to the sides of the nose or jaw and is easily overlooked.
