Perianal soft palate

Diseases that show symptoms of perianal soft palate or skin folds are now called infantile perianal pyramidal protrusions. The disease occurs in young children, usually women, and the skin lesions occur from the anterior midline to the anus and can resolve over time. Generally does not require treatment.
