Anal deformity

There are many types of anal malformations, with different positions of the blind rectum and fistula. Its incidence in newborns is 1: 1500 to 5000, accounting for the first place in gastrointestinal malformations. There are more men than women, with about 50% of high malformations in men and 20% in women. The incidence of various fistulas is 90% in women and 70% in men. Combined with other congenital malformations, the incidence is about 30-50%, and often multiple malformations. Those with family history are rare, only 1%. It is hereditary, but the method of inheritance is inconclusive.
