Sagittal sinus meningioma

Sagittal sinus meningioma refers to a meningiomas with the tumor base attached to the upper sagittal sinus and filling the sagittal sinus angle. There is no brain tissue between the tumor and the upper sagittal sinus. The tumor often protrudes to one side of the cerebral hemisphere. The tumor is more common on one side, and it can also develop on both sides.
