Purulent scabs caused by hepatitis
Pyogenic crust is a symptom of chronic active hepatitis when inflammatory pimples develop on the trunk and limbs. Chronic active hepatitis can cause inflammatory pimples on the trunk and extremities, with central purulence, scabbing, and atrophy, forming characteristic acne-like scars. This rash can last for many years and fluctuate with changes in hepatitis conditions.
