Generalized red plaque
It is a widespread red plaque caused by various factors. Seborrheic dermatitis is common in sebaceous glands, such as the head, face, back of ears, armpits, chest, interscapular region, groin, perineum, etc., and it can also spread throughout the body. The first rash is a red pimples or patches that fuse with each other and are covered with greasy scales or scutellaria.
