Amoebia Antigens and Antibodies
Amoeba protozoan antigens and antibodies refer to protozoan antigens and antibodies in the blood after the disease caused by amoeba in the human intestinal tract. Direct fluorescence method is commonly used to detect amoeba antigens in feces and liver pus. Amoeba antibodies in serum are detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and indirect immunofluorescence.
