Paroxysmal smirk
It is an onset of autonomic symptoms, manifested as an episodic smirk, which suddenly stops for a few seconds or tens of seconds, without loss of consciousness, and can occur dozens of times a day without any inducement. Although patients are often cheerful, their facial expressions are stupid.
