Second rib cartilage pain
Onset of costal chondritis is slow. Its prominent clinical manifestations are affected gastric cartilage swelling, swelling, obvious spontaneous pain and tenderness, and no local redness and heat changes. Most cases only involve a single costal cartilage, and there are individual cases with more than two or multiple costal cartilage on both sides. The most common lesions are the left second costal cartilage, followed by the right second costal cartilage and the third, fourth, and first costal cartilage.
