Zygomatic fracture
Patellar fissure is a kind of lumbosacral skeletal dysplasia, or congenital malformation, caused by incomplete closure of the spinal canal during embryonic period. During the development of the first and second sacral vertebrae, the primary osseous insufficiency of the vertebral arches on both sides and the laminae are not fused, but there is no spinal bulge, which is medically known as recessive palate, also known as recessive spina bifida.
