Perineal tear
Perineum Ⅲ degree laceration or complete perineum laceration, including vaginal opening laceration, perineal laceration and laceration of anal sphincter. In severe cases, it can extend to the rectal wall, causing stool and gas incontinence. Most of the causes are due to improper handling of childbirth and occasional trauma. Due to the vigorous implementation of the new method of midwifery, midwives appropriately protected the perineum, which greatly reduced the incidence of third-degree perineal lacerations. Occurred occasionally in large hospitals in the city.
