Amenorrhea-Cerebral-Infertility Triad
The typical symptom of prolactinoma is the amenorrhea-collus-infertility triad. Prolactinoma refers to a tumor in which the pituitary secretes PRL, and it has the highest incidence among pituitary functional (secretory) tumors. The clinical manifestations of typical prolactinoma include amenorrhea, galactorrhea, infertility (fertility), hyperprolactinemia, and pituitary gland changes.
