Subdural abscess

Early symptoms of subdural abscess: fever with or without back pain or radicular pain; motor, sensory, and sphincter dysfunction. Late symptoms: including paralysis of the limbs below the damaged segment and complete loss of sensation. Subdural abscesses are most common in the lumbar region, followed by the thoracic segment, and then the cervical segment.
