Arteriovenous fistula resection and arterial repair

Generally, the scope of arteriovenous fistula is small, and end-to-end anastomosis is feasible after resection. If the arterial defect is long after resection, an autogenous vein or vascular graft must be used. Sometimes, the tumor sac of arteriovenous tumors is small and there is little damage to the arterial wall. The tumor can also be sutured directly after wedge resection.
