Plantar scar or chronic ulcer resection

The heart of the foot is less compressed and rubbed, and its scar can be repaired with a thick skin after the scar is removed. However, due to the pressure and friction of the heel and foot, deep scars or chronic wounds can be removed after excision, such as non-pressure-resistant remote skin flap or skin tube repair, and chronic ulcers are easy to form after surgery. Therefore, it is advisable to apply local rotation flaps of the sole of the foot for repair.
