Pulmonary artery shunt

Infants should undergo shunt surgery within 3 months. Infants aged 3 to 6 months, if the pulmonary artery develops normally when blocked in the outflow tract and valve, radical surgery can be performed; if the annulus and pulmonary artery are too small, shunt surgery is performed. Radical surgery is available for those born more than 6 months.
