Transvaginal sling

At present, the most commonly used sling technique is Tension-free virginal tape (TVT). Most slings (including TVT, Sparc, etc.) are at risk of damaging the bladder. Transobturator vaginal tape inside-out (TVT-O) is a modified sling technique that does not require cystoscopy during the operation. It is more simple, minimally invasive, and has fewer complications.
