Bolt internal fixation
Bolts are made by adding a nut (or nut on both ends) to the tip of the dense screw. After the fracture is reduced, the screw is passed through the fracture block, the nut is tightened outside the bone, and the clamping force is used to fix the fracture block, which is the bolt internal fixation [Fig. 1].
