Transthoracic tuberculosis

1. Applicable to 5 to 11 tuberculosis of thoracic spine. For thoracic spine 5 and below, the operation is difficult due to the limitation of thorax and diaphragm, and other methods should be used. 2. Thoracic spinal tuberculosis with more than 2 vertebral bodies, or marginal bone tuberculosis that invades most of the thoracic spine. 3. Paravertebral abscess of thoracic spinal tuberculosis ulcerated into lung lobe.
