Transnasal ethmoidectomy

Ethmoid sinus lesions often affect the maxillary sinus, orbit, and frontal sinus, and different approaches should be adopted according to different situations; if the maxillary sinus is involved, the ethmoid sinus can be taken after maxillary sinus resection. Surgery, this operation is easy to observe the extent of the lesion, and can completely remove the ethmoid sinus and nearby tissues.
