Laryngeal scar stenosis

For cases of severe larynx scar stenosis, or failure of dilatation of the silicone tube to expand the laryngeal fissure, transplantation of a full-thickness skin graft is a more effective measure. After a full-thickness skin graft is survived, it has less contracture, but it is difficult to survive. After the scar removal of the laryngeal cavity, only the cartilage scaffold and the surrounding mucosa are left in the cavity. The blood supply is poor and the fixation is difficult. Make a pedicled skin flap or tube to help the whole skin survive.
