Amenorrhea
Non-pregnant and lactating women, or women who have stopped breastfeeding for 1 year, who have persistent dysrhea with amenorrhea, are called amenorrhea galactorrhea syndrome, which includes different causes and pathologies. It should be noted that amenorrhea-galactorrhea syndrome is often a symptom of a pituitary prolactin adenoma, and this symptom can be present 10 years before the tumor is confirmed on the radiograph. Amenorrhea-galactorrhea syndrome with hyperprolactinemia is 79% to 97%.
