Giant cervical tumor hysterectomy

Cervical fibroids are a special type of uterine fibroids. Due to the lack of clinical symptoms, it is not easy to diagnose when they are small. When found, fibroids are often large, more than 10 cm in diameter, and are embedded in the pelvic cavity or vagina, which makes surgery difficult. Due to the complicated anatomical relationship around the cervix, it is easy to cause bladder, ureter or rectal injury during the operation.
