High cryptorchidism

Sliding and traveling testes are special types of cryptorchidism. The former testicle is located at the height of the outer ring buckle, which can be lowered to the scrotum by manual operation, but because the spermatic cord is short, the testicle returns to its original position after releasing the hand. The spermatic cord that travels around the testes is long and can be reached by abnormal testicular muscles or unclosed sheath processes that allow the testes to swim inside or outside the scrotum. The main treatment is high cryptorchidism.
