The surgical method is the same as the repair of the urethral injury of the ball, but the anterior branch of the central tendon of the vulva and the bulb of the urethra are separated. The rectum is distracted and the prostate can be separated before the suture repair. Patients with posterior urethral rupture who completely traverse the front end of the prostate and move the front end of the prostate upward.
