Roux-Y anastomosis of bile duct jejunum
1. Common bile duct, common hepatic duct, or left and right hepatic duct inflammation and stenosis obstruction. 2. Intrahepatic bile duct stones, chronic relapsed suppurative cholangitis, the main intrahepatic stones have been cleared, but there are stones remaining in the hepatobiliary duct above the secondary branch. 3. Recurrent bile duct stones and significantly enlarged bile ducts. 4. Chronic recurrent purulent cholangitis, with significantly enlarged bile ducts. 5. Reconstruction of bile duct drainage after bile duct tumor resection. 6. The bile duct trauma is interrupted or the biliary flow is interrupted or blocked due to scarring after trauma. 7. A small number of congenital extrahepatic biliary stenosis or atresia.
