Schwannoma resection

Spinal extradural intraspinal tumors account for about 55% to 67% of myeloma, and are mainly schwannomas (neurofibromas) and meningiomas of the nerve root. Both of these are benign tumors with capsules, which can be cured after resection, and everything must be done to completely remove them during surgery. There are three cases of the relationship between schwannomas and spinal cord: ① located on the dorsal side of the spinal cord; ② located on the ventral or front side of the spinal cord;
