EAC rosette formation test

There are membrane immunoglobulins, Fc receptors, complement receptors, mouse erythrocyte receptors and EB virus receptors on the surface of B cells. If human B cells combine with mouse red blood cells, a rosette can be formed. The mark of B cells is estimated from the formed rosette, and under certain pathological conditions, the rate of such rosette formation is increased. EAC rosette formation test is helpful for the diagnosis of the cause of immunodeficiency disease and lymphoproliferative disease and the observation of curative effect.
