Urine lactose

There are two types of lactoseuria, physiological and pathological. The former occurs at the end of pregnancy or 2 to 5 days after delivery. The latter is found in the urine of indigested infants. When the lactose intake is above 100-150g, due to the lack of lactase1, then Lactoseuria occurs.
