Erythrocyte alkali agglutination test
Brilliant red blood cells are a relatively naive red blood cell. In addition to hemoglobin, the cells also contain basophils. After staining with basic dyes, a large number of small blue particles are formed, which are called dotted red blood cells. Unlike reticulocytes, spotted red blood cells are stained with dried blood film because spotting is formed during the drying of the cells.
