Cyanide Hf determination
Hb measurement is roughly divided into: ① total Hb method (whole blood iron method) according to Hb molecular composition; ② Hb (specific gravity method, refractometer method) according to blood physical characteristics; ③ characteristic measurement based on the reversible combination of Hb and O2 Hb (blood gas fractionation method); ④ Quantitative determination based on the spectral characteristics of Hb derivatives, etc. There are four major categories, some of which are simple and easy to implement, and have been widely used for a long time (such as the Sali method), but with the advancement of technology and As the research progressed, the shortcomings became increasingly apparent and gradually eliminated. In order to unify the Hb measurement method, the International Committee for Standardization of Hematology recommended the Hb measurement method for high-speed iron cyanide as the standard method for Hb measurement in 1966. The HiCN method was reiterated in an international document jointly published by the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and the World Pathological Society in 1978.
