Sputum elastic fiber

It is colorless or slightly yellow with uniform thickness, slender, curved, highly refractive, and clear outline. It is formed by the loss of necrotic tissue such as small bronchial wall, alveolar wall or blood vessels. Etc., especially in tuberculosis. The detection of elastic fibers is equally important for the diagnosis and observation of tuberculosis patients as it is for the detection of tuberculosis bacilli.
