Chest test
Chest press test: The patient stands, the examiner holds the patient's elbow in one hand, and cuts the radial artery with one hand, and instructs the patient to straighten his chest and extend his arms straight. After checking on one side, check the opposite side and compare left and right. If the radial arterial pulsation weakens or disappears during the activity, and pain and numbness in the arms and hands are positive, it indicates that the subclavian artery and brachial plexus nerve are compressed in the first rib and clavicle space. It is clinically seen in ribcage type of thorax outlet syndrome.
