Serum α-L-fucosidase
Serum α-L-fucosidase is a lysosomal acid hydrolase that catalyzes fucosyl-containing glycoproteins, glycolipids and other biologically active macromolecular hydrolases. in. It is involved in the metabolism of glycoproteins, glycolipids, and oligosaccharides in the body.
