Cystine storage disease

A hereditary defect of the renal tubules, caused by decreased renal tubular reabsorption of cystine and an increase in urine content, and cystine stones are often formed in the urinary tract. Cystineuria is an autosomal recessive inheritance. Cystine secretion in the urine of heterozygotes can also increase, but stones rarely form.
