Feces
Human yeast is a kind of fungus parasitizing in the human body, also known as human saccharomyces. It is round or oval, with a diameter of 5-15 μm and different sizes. Contains a large, transparent round body, called a vacuole. The microvesicles of this bacterium are small and dispersed in the cytoplasm. When mature, the vacuoles aggregate into a large sphere, which accounts for most of the cells. In the narrow cytoplasmic band around the vacuole, there are several reflective dots. This fungus is sometimes easily confused with protozoan cysts, especially people with cysts and leukocytes. Distilled water can be used instead of normal saline to smear. At this time, the human yeast quickly destroys and disappears, while the protozoan cysts and white blood cells are not destroyed. Can also be stained with iodine, the vacuole part is not stained, 1-2 nuclei can be seen in the cytoplasm, this bacteria is generally not clinically significant. It can cause mild diarrhea in large numbers.
