Hydrophobic vasopressin test

The vasopressin test is carried out by the following principles. Normal people have increased plasma osmotic pressure and reduced circulating blood volume after water deprivation. Both stimulate ADH release, increase urine specific gravity, and increase urine osmotic pressure. The osmotic pressure does not change much.
