Gastric lactic acid

Normal gastric juice contains only a small amount of lactic acid. Gastric lactic acid is mainly produced by the decomposition of bacteria in the stomach in the absence of gastric free hydrochloric acid. In patients with gastric cancer, due to the lack of free acid in gastric juice, lactic acid can increase, and a large amount of lactobacillus is found at the same time.
